ZenGentic AI™

Digital control plane for hybrid agents

ZenGentic™ is live software: a digital control plane for agentic cognitive architectures — reasoning, planning, reflection loops, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration. Grok 4.5 is the supervisory agent on every cycle. Living cultures are a later binding.

  • Live software
  • Grok 4.5 supervisor
  • Hosted on Vercel

Perceive

Read the current goal, observations, and policy memory as a single state.

Surprise

Score how far specialist consensus diverged from the supervisor’s prediction.

Reflect

Run a digital reflection loop when surprise crosses the 0.45 threshold.

Update

Write a policy rule into memory. High surprise widens the update window.

Broadcast

Send adjusted directives to planner, researcher, critic, and executor.

Observatory specimen

One supervisory cycle

Adaptive routing under energy caps. Surprise 0.61 — explore window 1.25. Run your own goal in the console.

Surprise

Explore 1.25

0.61

0.00threshold 0.451.00

Supervisor expected noise. Specialists agreed the delay is structural (B constrained, C has spare capacity). Divergence is 0.61 — above the 0.45 policy threshold.

Policy memory

routing.energy-cap.recovery

When observed cycle time exceeds prediction by >40% on an energy-capped node, freeze that node and shift load to a neighbor with spare berth before any motor-duty increase.

planner

plan_graph

Split the cycle: hold A/D on the current ring, insert a B↔C shuttle with a 6-minute recovery window, then rejoin. Do not rebuild the whole graph this cycle.

Broadcast: Publish the split graph, no full rebuild

researcher

memory_read

Prior rule: escalate only when surprise > 0.45. Energy notes forbid raising motor duty on B. Catalog shows C has a spare idle berth.

Broadcast: Confirm C berth is still idle

critic

critique

A shuttle that still uses B’s motors violates the energy note. Recovery has to come from dwell and sequencing, not from pushing B harder. The 6-minute window is optimistic if C’s berth is occupied.

Broadcast: Retest the 6-minute recovery claim

executor

action_draft

Hold B. Reroute C through the idle berth. Broadcast a 0.75 homeostatic update if surprise stays below threshold; otherwise freeze new pickups for one cycle.

Broadcast: Issue the B freeze and C reroute

Where we are

Digital ZenGentic™ is in production

This website is the product: non-downloadable software on Vercel. Each Run cycle calls Grok 4.5 as the supervisory agent — perceive, score surprise, reflect, write policy, broadcast to four specialists with named tools. Observatory is five free cycles in this browser. Pilot seats are sold in the ordinary course of trade.

It is not a slide deck, not a chat window, and not a mock. If the supervisor is unreachable, the cycle fails in the console.

Where we are going

Same loop, living tissue

Wetware Binding ports this control plane onto Cortical Cloud or FinalSpark. Surprise stays on the slow loop; pairing policy on the fast loop. Digital Pilot revenue funds that enablement. The console you are looking at is the digital twin — not a dish online.

High surprise widens the digital policy window (scale 1.25). Low surprise stays homeostatic (0.75). That mapping is what we bind to culture.
